What to know before you rely on this site

  1. Nothing here is a recommendation.

    No article, research topic, strategy explainer or calculator result recommends a security, a strategy or an allocation for you. Personalized advice is not something the site itself provides, and reading it does not start an advisory relationship, a brokerage relationship or a fiduciary one.

  2. Models and charts illustrate inputs; they do not predict outcomes.

    Any chart, table or model output on the site shows what stated inputs produce. Historic returns say little about future ones, and no return, income or outcome is guaranteed.

  3. Sources can be revised or go out of date.

    A figure taken from a published source may be revised or superseded after we publish it, and older figures are the likeliest to have changed. Check the original before you rely on a number.

  4. The fund page is not an offer, and the fund is for eligible investors only.

    Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any interest in FENUL Capital Investment LP or any other security. The Fund is offered under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, only to accredited investors who are also qualified clients, as the SEC defines those terms, and only after FENUL LLC has taken reasonable steps to verify that status. An offer is made only through the Fund's confidential offering documents.

  5. The Fund and its interests are not registered.

    The Fund is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, and its interests are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933. Investors will not have the protections of the Investment Company Act. No regulator has approved or disapproved the interests.

  6. Hedge funds carry a higher degree of risk.

    They are not suitable for most investors. The value of an investment can fall as well as rise and can fall to zero. Market-neutral does not mean risk-free. Interests are illiquid and their transfer is restricted. The site shows no performance information, and nothing here projects or implies future performance.

  7. FENUL LLC is not a financial advisor.
